Refund policy

We accept returns initiated within 30 days of sale date and issue refunds to the original payment method for unused and undamaged products.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage. For your convenience, we can provide a shipping label at a discounted shipping rate to the following areas:

• United States (USPS, UPS, DHL Express)
• Canada (Canada Post)
• Australia (Sendle, Australia Post)

A 5% (of sale price) restocking fee applies to every returned item.

Products purchased as a bundle must be unopened in their original packaging for a return to be accepted.
